Kronos Group Exercise Classes
Energize and motivate your members into greater fitness.
The Kronos group exercise classes are taught at the appropriate fitness level of the participants: beginning, intermediate, advanced. We highlight proper alignment for doing exercises correctly to avoid strain and obtain maximum results. Our instructors are especially considerate of the needs of people with health conditions or previous injuries, or those who have been inactive for some time.
Our instructors are certified through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Associations of America), ACE (American Council on Exercise) or ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). They give their personal best to ensure that every member – no matter what their fitness level – reaches his or her fullest potential.
Kronos Group Exercise classes are tailored to fit your time requirements and generally last 30 to 60 minutes. All classes include warm-up, aerobic exercise, strength and cool-down segments – and class offerings are based on the needs and interests of your employees:
