Sample Reports
As you incorporate corporate wellness into your mix of employee benefits, it’s important to have a solid foundation of credible benchmark data to measure results. Kronos Optimal Health Company provides a broad spectrum of reports as a valuable follow-up tool to help you understand the health status of your workforce now. With this information, you can set realistic goals and create future corporate wellness initiatives that are perfectly suited to your employees’ needs.
AGGREGATE BASELINE REPORT
This report illustrates the overall test results of all of your employees who participate in a health screening. The report shows critical health risks facing your employees.
You may also choose to receive personal health information for each participant. This is supplied by electronic data feed in XML format over sFTP with PGP encryption.
AGGREGATE SIDE-BY-SIDE REPORT
This report illustrates aggregate health risks for employee populations working at multiple locations. Wide variations in risk are frequently seen; these variations typically are due to differences in employee demographics such as age, gender, geography and job types and responsibilities.
Personal health information from this report is also available as an electronic data feed.
HIGH-RISK SUMMARY
Unlike other screenings companies, Kronos provides a unique High-Risk Summary. The report identifies your greatest health risks – detailing how many High-Risk Referral Forms were issued, and for which tests, among your total number of screened employees. At a typical health screening, about 25% of the tests administered produce “high risk” results that require follow-up by the employee’s primary care physician. This summary gives you a valuable benchmark for immediate health issues, potentially avoiding a catastrophic claim.
HIGH-RISK FOLLOW-UP REPORT (Contact for sample)
Kronos health educators follow up with each participant who has been issued a High-Risk Referral Form at a health screening. These follow-up efforts improve employee compliance in seeking further medical attention – an important step in reducing risk. Results of our follow-up efforts are tracked and reported in the High-Risk Follow-Up Report.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY REPORT (Contact for sample)
Evaluate the potential costs of your employees’ health risks and the cost savings offered by a fully integrated, customized behavioral risk management program. Detailing the results of your company’s health screening, this report provides the medical and financial information needed about each major health risk, enabling you to make well-informed decisions about wellness programming within your organization.
